Vancouver Spring Operators Symposium & Trade Show May 12th – May 16th, 2008 University of British Columbia |
We are pleased to announce that University of British Columbia will be the venue for the 2008 BCWWA Spring Operators Symposium, Monday May 12th to Friday May 16th.
On Wednesday May 14th there will be a Manufacturer, Supplier and Consultants Trade Show in the Ballroom (second floor, easy elevator access) of the Student Union Building. We are planning to accommodate approximately 40 exhibitors, each of which will have a 6 foot skirted table.
Spaces are available on a first come first serve basis, so we encourage you to register early to avoid disappointment. The displays are scheduled from 3:30pm to 7:00pm, Wednesday May 14th, 2008. Set up time is 12:00pm. The operators will be in attendance after classes from 3:30 pm onward.

- parking at the North Parkade from 12:00noon until 8:00pm (we will mail out a parking pass to you with your registration confirmation documents)
- two (2) refreshment tickets. Additional refreshment tickets are available for $5.25 for beer or wine.

- If you are coming via 4th Avenue, it will turn into Chancellor Boulevard. Continue west until you reach Wesbrook Mall. Turn left and continue until Student Union Boulevard. Turn right and follow into the parkade.
- Via 10th Avenue: Will turn into University Boulevard. Take until you reach Wesbook Mall. Turn right and continue until Student Union Boulevard. Turn left and follow into the parkade.
- Via Marine Drive or 16th Avenue: Turn onto Wesbrook Mall and continue until reaching Student Union Boulevard. Turn left and follow into the parkade.
To unload your display
Take Chancellor Blvd until East Mall. Continue down East Mall until you are almost at the Student Union Building. Turn left onto the pavement strip between the grass and continue until you are in front of the stairs.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds will be given for cancellations received in writing within 7 working days of the class start date, but subject to a deduction of an administration fee of $50.00 plus GST for a total of $52.50. If you register within the 7-working day period, your order is considered firm. No refund will be given when you cancel your registration. However, delegate substitution will be permitted with 24 hours advance written notice to the BCWWA office.
