Advance registration is now closed. If you have not sent in your registration, you can register when you arrive in Whistler.

Please note that payment in full is due before you will receive your Conference badge.

Registration Acknowledgement & Confirmation

Registrants will receive an email (invoice / acknowledgement OR receipt / confirmation) when their registration has been entered into the system.

Contact Karan at kriarh@bcwwa.org or 604-433-4389 if you do not receive confirmation within 7 days of sending your form. Note: Payment & Cancellation policy is below.

NOTE: In order to receive the member rate when registering online, you must have a current BCWWA membership and log in with your existing account. Click the 'Forgot My Password' link to have this information emailed to you.


Partner Conference Pass

& Partners Program

The Partners Program has been split into 2 components this year: the Partner Conference Pass and the Partners Program. The Partner Conference Pass, administered through BCWWA, provides access to some conference activities. The Partners Program, which is being administered by Tourism Whistler, provides opportunitites to participate in recreational activities.

Important notes:

- Reservations must be pre-booked. Refunds will not be issued if you do not enter/mention the code at the time of booking.

- Changes will be made to a reservation subject to availability.

- Refunds are only issued outside of 24 hours from the date of arrival. Within 24 hours, no refunds will be issued but changes can be made without any fees, subject to availability.

BCWWA Conference Registration: Payment & Cancellation Policy

Once your registration form (online or paper) has been received by BCWWA, your registration is considered firm. Payment is due before the event start date.


Refunds will be processed for cancellations received by BCWWA seven (7) working days before the event start date, subject to a cancellation fee of $50 + GST. Delegate substitution will be permitted at no extra charge with 24 hours advance written notice to the BCWWA office. No refunds will be given for cancellations received within seven (7) working days of the event start.

If you register without paying and do not attend the event, your registration will be considered firm, if you do not notify BCWWA of your cancellation per the refund policy stated above. You will be invoiced for the full registration cost.

Booth and Exhibitor Registration: What’s Different for 2010

 

Booth and Exhibitor registration costs have been restructured to simplify the registration process. There is no longer a mandatory ‘company fee’ for companies purchasing a booth; therefore no booth staff registrations are included with the cost of the booth.

 

A new ‘Exhibits Only’ registration category has been created, due to popular demand. Exhibiting companies wishing to send employees to only staff the booth and not attend additional Conference activities now have this reduced-cost option. Of course, we still encourage exhibitors to make the most of the Conference experience by registering as Full Delegates and attending technical sessions and networking events!
