Wipes campaign materials available for local governments

In the fall of 2015, Metro Vancouver partnered with the City of Pitt Meadows on a pilot project to test ways to reduce the amount of 'flushable' wipes going down the drain. The result was a humerous 'Adult Toilet Training' campaign, which led to a significant drop in the number of wipes ending up the wastewater system.

To help other municipalities reduce the negative impact of wipes on the region's wastewater systems, Metro Vancouver has made all of the Never Flush Wipes campaign materials avaialble on their website for posting and distribution. Non-government agencies are required to use the Metro Vancouver logo and tagline, unaltered with the free campaign artwork.
