As a direct result of the current health crisis, the BCWWA Conference & Tradeshow has been rescheduled to November 2-4 (Monday-Wednesday). The event will be held at the Penticton Trade & Conference Centre and the Penticton Lakeside Conference Hotel as originally planned. Because we have been able to schedule at the same venues, we are pleased to announce that we are able to transfer all booths, sponsorships and registrations directly to our new dates.


Question: Is there anything that I need to do to maintain my booth, sponsorship or registration?

Answer: No. All sponsorships and booth locations are being transferred exactly as had been confirmed for the April 26-28, 2020 date.


Question: I would like to cancel my booth and/or sponsorship. What do I need to do? Will I receive a full refund?

Answer: If you would like to cancel your booth and/or sponsorship, we will issue a full refund, provided you let us know by April 30, 2020 by email to Janette Blahova ( Cancellations that occur after April 30, 2020 will be subject to our standard cancellation policy.


By having a deadline of April 30, we are able to understand how many openings are available for companies who may wish to fill the empty spots.


Question: Will I be able to move my booth?

Answer: We will not be able to move booths of existing exhibitors.




Did you miss the opportunity to be a sponsor or exhibitor at our April 26-28 conference? Should we have any spots available, on May 4, 2020, we will open an Expression of Interest form, with booths and sponsorships to be filled on a first come, first served basis.
