Please note, we strive to accommodate as many exhibitor spaces as possible; however, due to the volume of applications there may be a waiting list for available booth space. You will be notified in January 2019 if your organization has a confirmed space or is on the waiting list.

  • 8' x 10' booth: $1,700 (plus GST), includes two exhibitor passes
  • 8' x 8' booth: $1,450 (plus GST), includes two exhibitor passes

WAVE 1 - Sponsors

  • September 28, 2018 at 10am PST: Sponsorship application system opens.
  • October 4 –  October 12, 2018: Sponsor floorplan selections.

*Sponsorship opportunities will be available in September.

 

WAVE 2 - Founding Exhibitors

  • October 16 – December 17, 2018: Applications and floor plan selection.

*Founding exhibitors are organizations who have exhibited at the show for 9 out of the past 10 years. application form links will be available at the end of September.

 

WAVE 3 - Returning and New Exhibitors

  • October 16 – December 17, 2018: Expressions of interest applications.
  • January 2019: Notifications and floor plan selection.

*Booths are allocated based on a lottery system (as available). Application form links will be available on October 16, 2018.
